At the start of the call the agent looks up the contact by phone number, email address or name. It receives the caller's number automatically, so it never has to ask for it.
Create a contact
If the caller is not known yet, the agent creates a new contact.
A note on the call
After the call, a summary is added as a note on the contact. Optionally with a link to the call, so you can find it quickly.
A task for your team
The agent sets up a follow-up, such as calling back, with subject, description, due date and priority.
Look up free times
The agent fetches available times from your colleagues' HubSpot calendars, taking working hours and busy slots into account, and offers the caller three options.
Book a meeting
The chosen meeting is recorded in HubSpot and the caller receives a confirmation by SMS. You do not need to ask the caller for an email address.
