Ipster looks at your Google Calendar, checks whether the requested time is free and puts the appointment in. You do not have to call anyone back to schedule something.
Ipster and Google Calendar, directly connected
You choose which actions the agent may use. This works for phone and for chat.
Look at a day
The agent fetches what is already in your calendar on the requested date. That way it only suggests times that work.
Check a time
With a start and end time, the agent checks whether that time is really free, and which appointments are in the way, if any.
Create an appointment
The agent puts the appointment in your calendar, with title, start and end.
No double bookings
Before creating it, the agent checks the time once more. If it is taken, no appointment is added and it offers the caller an alternative.
The caller as attendee
If you like, the agent adds the caller's email address as an attendee to the appointment.
The right time zone
The agent works with the time zone of the appointment. By default that is Europe/Amsterdam.
Your customer wants an appointment
Ipster answers and hears which day and time suit best.
The agent looks in your calendar
It sees what is already booked that day and checks whether the requested time is free.
The appointment is set
If the time is free, the agent schedules the appointment. If it is taken, it suggests another time.
Everything is in your calendar
The appointment with title, start and end, where your team already looks.
